About the event
Who is this for?
Young people aged 13–19 who want to feel stronger in making their own choices, even under pressure, and who are curious about becoming changemakers in their schools or communities. This session is great for anyone who has struggled with “fitting in” or saying no, as well as those who want to take a stand against bullying. The session balances personal empowerment with collective action.
Hour 1: Dealing with Peer Pressure – Role-Play & Safe Choices
Purpose: To help young people recognise peer pressure, practise responding to it, and gain confidence in choosing what’s right for them.
What happens:
Warm-up quiz: “Peer Pressure or Just Fun?” — participants vote on scenarios to spot when pressure crosses the line.
