Creativity & Leadership: Express Yourself, Lead with Action

Who is this for?

Young people aged 13–19 who want new ways to express emotions, build resilience, and practise leadership skills in a fun, hands-on way. Perfect for those who struggle to put feelings into words, enjoy creative activities, or want to try being a leader without the pressure of being “perfect.” Mental wellbeing is supported — the art space is therapeutic and calming, while the leadership games are playful but structured to include everyone.

Hour 1: Healing Through Art – Art Therapy for Expression & Resilience

Purpose: To use creative activities as a safe channel for expressing feelings and building inner strength.

What happens:
