About the event
Who is this for?
Young people aged 13–19 who want practical tools for managing everyday stress and emotions, while also learning how to use digital platforms as a force for good. It’s designed for teens who may feel overwhelmed by school, social life, or online pressures, and those curious about turning their digital skills into positive action. Mental wellbeing is central: the first hour focuses on strengthening inner balance, the second empowers them to use their voices online safely and effectively.
Hour 1: Mental Health Toolkit – Building Healthy Habits & Coping Mechanisms
Purpose: To create a personal “toolkit” of strategies that support mental health and resilience in daily life.
What happens:
Check-in game: participants each share one “stress buster” they already use, however small (listening to music, doodling, running).
