About the event
Who is this for?
Young people aged 13–19 who want to become confident allies against racism and injustice, while also preparing to design and lead their own projects. This session is especially valuable for those who want to move from learning to action — standing up for others and creating initiatives that bring real change. It’s designed to be both practical and empowering, giving participants tools for courage and creativity.
Hour 1: Safe & Strong – Anti-Racism Tools & Standing Up for Others
Purpose: To equip young people with practical skills to challenge racism safely and support those who experience it.
What happens:
Scenario starter: “What would you do if…?” — participants discuss short scenarios (a racist joke in class, online hate comments, someone being excluded because of race).
