Rediscover the joy of movement with our Tuesday Gentle Movement sessions! Designed specifically for older adults looking to improve mobility, build strength, and enhance balance in a supportive environment. Each session incorporates evidence-based exercises that can be modified to suit all ability levels, ensuring everyone can participate comfortably.
Our experienced instructor guides you through gentle strengthening exercises, flexibility work, and functional movements that help maintain independence and confidence in daily activities. The friendly, social atmosphere makes fitness enjoyable rather than intimidating, and you'll leave feeling energized rather than exhausted.
This free program runs every Tuesday from 6:00-7:30 PM.
To create an optimal group dynamic and ensure personalized attention, we require a minimum of 12 registered participants.
