Service Description

1 hour Personalised 1:1 consultations focused on building resilience, managing stress, and fostering emotional well-being for children and teens. Our trauma-informed sessions use art therapy, mindfulness exercises, and group discussions to help children process big emotions. The safe, nurturing environment focuses on building confidence, social skills, and cultural pride.
