Helping refugee and asylum seeker children (ages 8-16) build confidence, friendships, and belonging through fun movement activities.

Mondays 4:00-5:30 PM - Multi-sports introduction

Wednesdays 4:00-5:30 PM - Team sports and games

Monthly Saturdays - Community sports festival

Supporting older adults to stay active, maintain independence, and build social connections through accessible, gentle movement sessions.

Tuesdays 10:00-11:30 AM - Gentle movement

Thursdays 2:00-3:30 PM - Social walking groups

Fridays 10:00-11:30 AM - Chair-based exercise

Creating a supportive environment for people experiencing anxiety and other mental health challenges to improve wellbeing through movement.

Mondays 6:30-8:00 PM - Anxiety-friendly fitness

Wednesdays 6:30-8:00 PM - Outdoor mindful movement

Saturdays 9:00-10:30 AM - Stress-relief through sport
