Quiet evenings and what we choose to watch

I’ve been noticing how much my evening mood depends on what I watch before bed. If I end up on fast, chaotic content, I feel strangely more tired but less rested. But when I start with something slow and calm, the whole night feels different. Do you also pay attention to that, or do you just watch whatever shows up first? I’m starting to think that being more intentional with viewing choices actually helps with sleep and overall mental balance. Even small habits like this can quietly shape how the next day starts.

For me, evenings used to be kind of messy—I would just scroll without thinking and then wonder why I felt overstimulated later. Recently I changed that and started picking more calming content on purpose. It sounds simple, but it really works. I even came across collections like

which made it easier to avoid endless searching and just settle into something relaxing. Now my evenings feel more consistent, and I fall asleep with a much clearer head.
